Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector in Nude Shimmer $25
My mother got me turned on to this one and I'm kicking myself that it took so long for me to try it. I'll admit, I looked at it and said to myself, "I need another lip gloss like I need a hole in my head." But once I tried it, it was instantly my new favorite and has remained as such since. It even kicked my beloved Laura Mercier Stick Gloss in Brown Sugar down to second place (a favorite for years!). Close friends comment wistfully (in good humor) about my perfect lips when I wear this. It looks great in the dead of winter with pasty pale skin or in the heat of summer with a tan. It smells and tastes great, and is plush feeling without being sticky. It's hydrating, wears well, and just as importantly, wears OFF with dignity.

Lotus Face Treatment Oil $54
This is a blend of essential oils in a base of hazelnut oil. Despite my extensive history with natural oils, hazelnut was not one I'd experienced until I first purchased this back in 2003. It quickly moved to the top of my favorite post-cleanse oils as it left me with soft, supple, clear, moisturized skin without leaving even a hint of a film. I've always had issues with closed comedones, but with this oil, they became less and less. While one bottle of this lasts me about a year, I always make sure to have it on hand. Running out of this could pose traumatic for me. This balancing oil keeps my skin in check no matter the season, and I usually apply this at night whether mixed with my face cream or alone after cleansing. It also makes a phenomenal treatment oil when applied liberally after a facial with a clay mask.

Tonic Body Treatment Oil $58
This oil is like the Lotus Face Treatment Oil but for the body. I've found that it's so moisturizing and so healing, that I can put it on a sunburn and that horribly tight feeling of a burn vanishes entirely. My last burn was this spring and this oil was the only thing that made it bearable. Like their other oils, a little bit goes a long way, as hazelnut oil spreads well, and this lasts ages. And I found a bonus...it has geranium oil in it which is a natural bug repellant that won't leave you smelling like you're trying to repel bugs. I'm convinced that I'm the person who is invited to outdoor gatherings to be the mosquito bait. This oil actually gives me the advantage now and I smell good, to boot.

Cleansing Milk with Gentian $31
This is the best cleanser ever. It's a bold statement, but I do believe it's true. It's luxurious, hydrating, removes makeup beautifully, cuts through sunscreen, and makes a wonderful facial massage medium. As you massage, the milk turns into a smooth oil, which then rinses clean with a few splashes of water or wipe of a washcloth. I've used this with my Clarisonic brush (I prefer it with the Luxe brush), and it works well regardless of application. And as a bonus...the complimentary toner is wonderful, too.

Super Restorative Decollete and Neck Concentrate $106
This line is a splurge, but definitely one worth looking into. I adore the Clarins Super Restorative line and have found amazing success with reversing some of my premature aging (from sun). The focal ingredient in this is something called Pueraria lobata, also commonly known as kudzu. Yep, that invasive vine! Apparently, it has estrogenic properties and I only wish I'd known that when I lived in Texas and it was growing rampant in one of my flower beds! This ingredient is excellent for aging women, because as we get older, our estrogen levels fall and our skin is one of the first places to show it. This decollete and neck concentrate is a milky lotion that is exceptionally hydrating without being sticky or thick. It's soothing and I've found that it heals irritation (in my case, from Retin-A or vitamin C serum). It smells delicate but luxurious and a little goes a long way.
